| Probable Cause | Solution |

Print Menu Settings Being Overridden by Host
|
Normal. Printer commands from the host will override Print Menu settings for no. of copies, font selection, orientation, and line spacing.

Configuration and Extended Configuration Forms Control Being Overridden By Host
|
Normal for forms control, unless "PCL Frm Ctl= Off*" in the PCL emulation. If "...Off*", PCL printer commands from host for forms control (units, length, width, etc.) are ignored.

"Menu Reset" |
A menu reset — pressing RESET in offline mode for more than 3 sec — resets Print Menu to factory defaults, thereby bypassing the user-defined defaults.
