	LaserMatrix Series Troubleshooting Guide Problem:   Print Smudges When Rubbed or Print Rubs Off or Print Excessively Raised Probable Cause Solution Fuser Temperature Set Too Low Select a higher "Fuser Temp= ..."in the Extended Configuration Menu. Print Density Set Too High Choose a lower print density setting. Bad Fuser Replace fuser heat & pressure rollers.
