Perform a "Transfer Sequence Fault Isolation Test"(Page 7-39):

If streaks appear prior to fusing —

1. Clean corona wires.
2. If the form has very high dielectric properties the transfer charger will not do an adequate job in "pulling"the image from the drum to the media. Observe that the image on the drum is OK while the image on the paper appears with radiating lines of toner.
3. Replace developer.
4. Replace drum.
5. Call for service.

If streaks appear after fusing —

1. Check felt cleaning pad.
2. See "Paper & Label Recommendations"in Section 2.
3. Replace fuser heat & pressure rollers.
