	LaserMatrix Series Troubleshooting Guide Problem:   Load Paper Probable Cause Solution No Paper in Printer Load paper. Close cover and then press ON LINE. Printer Lost Top of Form Reload paper. Media Too Narrow The paper switch, shown in the illustration below, is located near the middle of the paper feed slot. If you load narrow media (less than 31/2 in. in width), the paper will fail to trip the paper switch, thereby causing this message.
