Problem:  
Printer will not print when given a command from the computer

Probable CauseSolution
interface cable is not connected properly. firmly connect the cable at both ends.
the printer is off line. press <ON LINE/OFF LINE>. Make sure the ON LINE indicator glows green.
the printer is not receiving AC power. make sure the power cord is firmly plugged in at both ends and that the AC outlet is receiving power. Inspect and, if necessary, replace fuse. Also, make sure that voltage selection tumbler is set to proper voltage. See the Printer Set-Up section, page 1-2.
