	560DL and 850XL Troubleshooting Guide Problem:   Printer does not feed reliably. Probable Cause Solution paper is hanging up on paper box trim paper box, or remove paper from box.  To trim box, cut off box flaps and the top inch of box sides.  Or, cut off box flaps, then cut box sides diagonally from the top back to the lower front of the box.  Then cut across the lower front of the box, leaving about three inches. paper is hanging up on the table surface the printer is sitting on. reposition printer or paper supply. paper is too heavy for front path use the bottom path.
