Problem:  
Paper does not stay in the paper feed tractors during printout.

Probable CauseSolution
the paper supply is not positioned directly in front of or under the feed chute. align paper supply so it is in line with the the paper feed tractors.
the paper has been stretched between the paper feed tractors relieve stretch load on paper by moving tractors slightly closer together.
