Top of Form Ignored or Paper Slews to Wrong TOF Setting

Probable CauseSolution
Wrong Form Length Setting Check the "Form Length"setting in the configuration menu.
Host Changing Forms Settings Check print driver settings of host software. If necessary, use hex dump mode to check control codes sent by host.
Electronic Failure Call for service.
